Aimée BACH MARKHAM, operating as a French sole trader (micro-entrepreneur), provides independent administrative support services, including assistance with French administrative procedures, document guidance, and general administrative support.
Services are provided remotely and do not constitute legal advice.
2. Nature of the Relationship
The service provider acts as an independent contractor.
No employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship is created between the client and the service provider.
3. Client Responsibility
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Provide authentic and valid documents
Remain responsible for final decisions and submissions
The service provider cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are communicated prior to the start of any service.
Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before the service begins.
As a French micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code)
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, individual clients (consumers) have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract.
However, if the client explicitly requests that the service start before the end of this period, they acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has begun.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
As services are invoiced and paid after completion, no refund will be issued once the service has been fully performed.
If a client wishes to cancel a service before it begins, the request must be submitted in writing. No charges will apply if the cancellation is made prior to the start of the service.

The service provider undertakes to perform services with due care and professionalism.
However, no guarantee is given regarding:

Decisions made by French authorities
Outcomes of applications
The service provider cannot be held liable for decisions made by public administrations.
